COOLSINGEL, THE BOULEVARD ROTTERDAM DESERVES

Rotterdam’s best known area is probably the Coolsingel. A lot of effort is being made to make it the most beautiful place in town. A total make-over of the Coolsingel was initiated in 2018 to transform the Coolsingel into Rotterdam's version of Fifth Avenue.

PLANNING

We are currently working on the necessary permits to realize this beautiful construction project. First of all, we need a change in the zoning plan. However, a number of legal procedures are currently underway. As soon as we have an irrevocable zoning plan, we can submit the environmental permit. We need this in order to start building the apartments. Because of this it is expected to take at least until spring 2023 before we can start selling the apartments.
